It can be a challenge to pick up the phone and make an initial contact. However, in deciding to make this initial contact, you go a long way toward making the choice as to how you want to live.
I am available by phone or email during business hours. Should I not be available to take your call immediately, please do leave your contact details, outlining suitable times to return your call, alternatively you may make an initial contact by email, either way I aim to get back to you within 24 hours. We can briefly discuss your situation and if it feels right for you, arrange to meet for a first session.
This initial session provides us both with a chance to see how we feel about working together and explore what you want to get from therapy. It is important that you select a therapist you feel is the right fit for you; someone you sense you can work with and who understands the importance of striving to be yourself. On commencing therapy we will review our progress at regular intervals, both reflecting on work and re-evaluating goals together should it be necessary. Should I not have available space or be the right therapist for you, I may be able to suggest other therapists.
An initial session starts at £75 and will last approx. 1 hour.
The cost of individual therapy starts at £75 per session.
I do offer low-cost, concessionary rates on occasion and I would be happy to discuss this with you over the phone or at our initial session.
Session fees are payable by cash at the end of each session and I will be happy to provide a receipt.
Your session time is reserved each week for you.
I have a 48-hour cancellation policy.
If you are unable to attend a session for any reason, I will try to offer you another time that week. If I am not able to offer you an alternative time, the session will need to be paid for in full.
