I trained at Regent’s University’s School of Psychotherapy & Psychology, where I gained a Masters/PGDip in Psychotherapy and Counselling, and subsequently an Advanced Diploma in Existential Psychotherapy.
I provide supervision, EMDR and trauma focused psychotherapy at The Helen Bamber Foundation, in addition to forensic crisis work for The Havens, Kings College Hospital.
Within my private practice I have extensive experience working with: trauma and abuse, Front Line and Aid agencies and charities, in addition to working with HNWI’s and their families.
In addition to my work as a Psychotherapist, I have a background in International Affairs and Finance, and have lived and worked throughout Africa, the Middle East, SE Asia and the United States.
I am actively involved in the performing arts, in particular dance and music, and welcome clients from creative and entrepreneurial professions.
Code of Conduct
I am accredited and registered with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy and adhere to their Code of Ethics.
I receive regular supervision with supervisors also regulated by the UKCP.
I sit on the Executive Committee for the Society for Existential Analysis, and am also a registered member of the EMDR Association UK, the UK Psychological Trauma Society, and The International Association for Forensic Psychotherapy.
